Artspace Greenery is a net-zero energy project with solar panels on the building’s roof, awnings, and adjacent solar structure. The building includes community gardens, street level commercial spaces for artist studios, office and retail space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greenery is also the home of the Spice Kitchen Incubator, a program of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) created in partnership with Salt Lake County’s Mayor’s Office for New Americans & Refugees to provide technical assistance, hands-on learning experiences, market access and more to aspiring entrepreneurs during the first years of establishing their food businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
