The Marshall N. White Community Center project is the construction of a new 68,900 square foot community center located in Ogden, Utah, expanding access to recreational, educational, and community services, enhancing opportunities for residents in this severely distressed neighborhood.
Key features include a teaching kitchen, meeting space, art programs, basketball courts, an indoor track, a boxing ring, a multi-sport field house, and a modern swimming pool complex with a lap pool and a children’s water play area. Outdoor spaces will feature a playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and a multi-use field for various sports.
The facility will also provide 16 Head Start childcare slots for very low-income families, and will offer after-school, weekend, and summer activities for children, and year-round health and fitness programs for all ages.
